But some patterns live beneath insight - in the body, in memory, and in the younger parts of you that still hold fear, shame, or grief.

The Awakening Session is a trauma-informed, somatic experience that meets those parts with compassion.
It’s not about fixing or pushing - it’s about gently helping your system feel safe enough to let go.

Through this work, many clients describe feeling relief, clarity, softness, and a deep sense of “coming home.”

What to Expect During Your Awakening Session

 

Each session unfolds gently, guided by your body’s wisdom and your pace.  We begin by grounding your nervous system, then explore what’s ready to be seen, and brought to the surface for healing.

You’ll be supported with trauma-informed, body-based methods that help you:

  • Understand and soften old protective patterns

  • Meet younger parts of yourself with compassion

  • Safely release stored tension or emotion

  • Integrate calm and clarity before you leave


Every step is invitational - nothing is forced or scripted. The process is designed for safety, insight, and lasting freedom.

If you decide to continue with your journey and embark on The Breakthrough Path, your session fee is credited toward that 6-session transformational journey for deeper integration and ongoing support.

Q1: Do I have to re-live painful memories?
No. We move gently, only as your system feels ready. This isn’t about reliving - it's about giving your body and mind what it needs and releasing safely.

Q2: What's the approach?
It’s a trauma-informed therapeutic process that integrates Compassionate Inquiry, somatic awareness, and Time Line Therapy. It works beautifully alongside other therapies or as a next step.

Q3: Will one session be enough?
You’ll feel a shift from the very first session, but lasting change deepens over time. Many clients begin here and then continue into The Breakthrough Path.
